How do I get help from Google?
I have received the following email from Google.

Dear AdWords Advertiser,
It has come to our attention that your Google AdWords account does not comply with our Terms of Service and Advertising Policies. As a result, your account and any related accounts have been suspended and your ads will no longer run on Google. Please be aware that you are prohibited from possessing or creating any other AdWords accounts, both now and in the future. Does anybody know how I can find out what this is all about? I do not use PPC advertising and only tested a 'system' several years ago, spending very little money. I don't care about having an Adwords account suspended but I object most strongly to an accusation that I was in breach of the Terms of Service when I do not even use the service - especially since I might want to use Adwords in the future.
Presumably Google will not send such an email with no reason so I am very concerned that I could be blacklisted by Google for activities about which I know nothing and I am absolutely horrified that Google seems to have no system by which I can seek additional information. This email came from a 'no reply' address and the header shows that it is a genuine Google mail. Navigating the Google 'Help' pages is a nightmare since this question is not addressed.
