What's up with this OFFER < Charter Membership To The Top Membership Site

I was here today and noticed this in the Warrior Forum Classified Ads section at the top of the forums:

Charter Membership To The Top Membership Site 888worldclub posted by Francis Chan and I know a good deal when I see one so I go ahead and sign up here:

888WorldClub Bonanza

I get the payment reciept from paypal and the autoresponder email from the actual site with the correct login info now all I get is this error message:

Access to this membership area is not allowed. Please go to "Membership information page" to renew or add subscription

so I click on this link and it takes me to the member area (if you know aMember) and again I click the link
Your Subscriptions
  • 888WorldClub MemberSite Charter
and get the same message.

Has anyone had this issue cause Im steaming as I use a member and have never seen this crap.
