Are there days where you do completely nothing at all related to IM.. ZERO IM? Totally hands-free.. (not talking about vacations, just regular week days)

Well yeah. I do not take it as a job, so It's not that I never take a leave. A couple of days a week are no-IM days for me.

Yes I do. And sometimes stuff comes up where I was planning on doing this or that but I just couldn't because I had to go somewhere and do something else.

When I am on foreign holidays where internet access is very expensive. I can usually get by with 1 to 1.5 hrs of Internet access per day. However, I found that it is now advisable to be away from the Internet for more than 48 hours because of potential technical problems that may arise with my sites or servers.

I make sure I do IM everyday, although on Sundays I see to it that I only spend minimal time with it, maybe check up on things, open some emails, and that's it.. Sundays are for the family, unless of course something urgent comes along..

Heck, I have "No IM" weeks, even months.. Life is too short and unlike a 'job', you have the freedom to actually get out and enjoy it.

Im days are the days when the world looks like a good place.

Everyone seems to be moving slowly.

1 day a week works wonders to recharge the batteries so we can get plugged again ... sorry could nor help myself

Rest of the week plugging away at im
