Not sure where to post this...so here it is.
I have a couple local clients that have asked me to do their websites and that's fine. But I'm trying to figure out how to market them to get more traffic to the sites.
It isn't something global, it's for transportation services that are local. Also for local businesses to get more customers.
I'm not sure how to get the targeted traffic I'm needing to increase the interest in the sites.
With the Masters Golf event coming up, I'm hoping that I can get some more attention to the main site. But I'm not sure what to tell the site owner about what to target to drive traffic to the site.
They're hung up on keywords, SEO and such though they don't really know much about online marketing. It's mostly stuff they pick up that's out of date.
I want to help drive some business to them, as this would also help me out when it's time to get paid and get referrals from them.
They already like my work, I just want to go that bit farther to over deliver a little.
