    Damn those look nice! Too bad I just can't muster up the will power to spend that much on a computer. I will admit Windows 7 has been leaps and bounds better than Vista was, which has eased my Mac envy quite a bit!

    Yeah MACs are great! Once you get one you will never go back! Anik Singal gave me my first one, and now I have another one and am considering a third...those NEW ones DO look nice!!

    I'm all for quad core - but my dual core i7 already gets plenty hot at times. I'll wait and see if there are reports of the quad cores burning people - or catching on fire...

        If I could really talk myself into spending that kind of cash I would most definitely go with an Air! I saw one at the Apple store during my recent trip to Vegas and pictures simply do not do this thing justice. It's damn tiny!

      I know where you're coming from, but the casings of those 'Unibody' Macs are made from a solid chunk of aluminium; heat dissipation is going to be so much easier than for plastic-bodied notebooks.

      What I like about the 15-inch & 17-inch MBPs is the fact that customers are offered a matte screen option -- I'm not a fan of glossy screens...

      Apple store and brought one home. It wasn't even
      on the floor yet and was the first one they sold.
