Irish eyes must be smiling after their shock defeat of England in the World Cup Cricket match up.

Set a seemingly unachievable target of 328 runs to win, the Irish reached 329 with 5 balls and 3 wickets to spare.

No doubt a Guinness or two was quaffed after the match.

There is first upset of the World cup 2011. Irish shock the British. Have you watched the face of the skipper Andrew Strauss and other team members? Really sad! Kevin O'brian has added a huge and happy moment in his life. That was his day. Poor stuff in terms of bowling and fielding by England.

Wooho...oh wait... it was only cricket.

J/k. It is unusual though, considering how big cricket is in England, whereas you could probably count the number of Irish people who have ever seen a cricket bat (never mind an actual match) on one hand.

It's not even good Irish, to be honest.
