I want to build a music sharing blog

I 'd like to build a music sharing blog,visitors can either listen to the songs online or download them. and I would post the lyrics and write the reviews.
Will it cause a trouble for me? or would I be punished for the sharing with no legislation? How can I build such site without being punished?

    The only way is for the copyright owners of the songs to post them themselves: ie new artists hoping to get exposure.

    If you want to do this with established artists who already have recording contracts, the companies can and WILL take you to court and you WILL lose.

    You can look forward to jail time AND a mega-fine.

    In short - DON"T EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Well,actually he could do it with unsigned bands who are trying to get known I would think.
    But, I don't think that is the type of music sharing site he is thinking about.
