Hi, from some days I'm trying to put a submission form on a blog based on Wordpress. I need that, everytime a visitor insert his details, they got delivered to my e-mail.

I tried with software, Wordpress plugins and with a website about form, but when I enter details I receive nothing...

Someone has an HTML code compatible with Wordpress and ready to edit?
All I need are just 7 cells to insert details and a "Send" button, nothing else.
