How are 'posts' count in here

Just post a lot in this section and the test forum. After a while, the software will catch up and show your post count. Posts anywhere else won't count for you.

I am somewhat surprised that you would suggest this as just posting to get your post count up seems a little spammy and his id name? really... are you being sarcastic?... I am sincere in my question because you are one of the wf members I see everywhere and you are usually so sincere

That was totally dripping with sarcasm. If you notice the two forums that I told him to post in?

Had a rare evil moment tonight and I must admit, it's been very entertaining.

I tend to have an attitude towards those who are here only for their benefit. That's kind of like me coming to your house, tracking mud across your carpets, just so I can take a shortcut out your backdoor and through the yard, rather than walking around the block to get where I want to go.

I think I love you! LOL I thought you were kidding but I just didn't see it in your post. I also have the same attitude because I spend a lot of my time here and find a lot of helpful posts...

I will admit that I probably tried to up my post count in the beginning but I don't even remember anymore... but I was never blatant and I always try to be helpful.

I have rare or not so rare evil moments.... I love them

Really? I didn't even know that but I also don't try to get my link count up from here.... I didn't even know it was happening until I checked one of my sig keywords and there were like a million links from wf LOL:rolleyes:

customcufflink, I followed the link you provided in the test forum, but Firefox "couldn't connect." It didn't say anything about timing out...

Seriously, the warrior forum is a great place to learn what to do, and what not to do, to build your business and make money. It takes commitment and it takes work.

You ever see an interview with one of those "overnight sensations?" Actor, musician, what not, they'll always talk about the work that went into becoming an "overnight success." And once they've made it, they keep working.

The same is true building a business online.

I hope you weren't "sold" a line of garbage.

So stick around, ask questions, join the conversations, and soak up all the knowledge and experience you can. Doesn't matter how you got here. You're in the right place now.

I don't know why anyone would tell you that getting your site indexed by posting here mundanely would be a good idea... how about you put some good content on your site and submit your sitemap to google?

Also, just being nosy here but why do you "need" to get your site indexed? It will happen eventually no matter what and just because you get indexed does not mean you will get instant sales?

Okay, sorry about all these. I got told off in the test forum too. I have done all that Google told me, webmaster tool and all that, for a few days but still haven't got it crawled. And I saw a post here talking about puting the link in a post and hence I was just trying...

You know what? You came with bad intentions but I have to admit that you're being a good sport about the whole thing.

I'll give you one hint as to why your site may not be indexed...it's timing out every time I've tried to open it tonight. Could be doing the same for Google.

If you want to learn how to do things properly, instead of what some dude told you in an ebook, stick around and start posting useful contributions. Go to this section and ask the experts how to get your site indexed faster, too: Adsense / PPC / SEO Discussion Forum

And yes, we were yanking your chain. Posts do not add to your count in this section or the test forum. But truly, participate instead of just trying to get your post count up. You'll find that this forum is worth far more than a paltry backlink.

I thought it was just my pc because I am having the same problem.. I couldn't help but see what he was trying to sell here "cufflink" bla bla and I couldn't get through but thought it might be because of what someone said about no follow

To be fair, I saw an advice on how to get google to crawl my site, took it up, and tried it out to see how it worked... just part of a learning process. Afterall, I tried everything Google told me to do for almost a week but it does not work. It's only fair that I give it a go with other options...

I love that the ad at the top of your site is for RugsUSA aka the highest priced Adsense ad at the moment at ~$1,700 per click.

Maybe if you just keep posting, enough people here will click on your link and someone will eventually click on that ad for you.

  Change your forum name so it isn't blatantly pushing a site. Be a real person, post in the main forum section when you have something to SAY.
  
  And read the "stickies" at the top of each section and you'll know the rules a bit.
  
  And whoever told you to spam forums to get indexed - isn't someone I'd be listening to.
