Need help to promote a children's fantasy book

Looking for suggestions on how to promote or launch a children's
fantasy book.
It has been published but the publisher does little to actually
help with promotion.

    You need to get onto high PR blogs and forums that are relevant to your plight this should help get the word out and if you can article submission sites again this has to be relevant to the subject matter

    I highly recommend you get the book "Marketing Your Book: An Author's Guide." by Alison Baverstock. She covers all online and offline activities you can do. I got this book when I was looking to promote my book and it was invaluable. Best of luck.
