$40 A Month Websites

I've got a lot of lazy idiot-proof websites that make $40-$100 a month. Completely set and forget. Would you keep a website like that or sell it for $400? Basically, that is how it works in web flipping: 10 X monthly earnings. Personally I think it is better to keep the websites since they make a lot more money in the long run. What would you do?

    I'd keep it. It is unlikely that you would get 10x the monthly income on Flippa anyway.
    Would would you want to sell something that is bringing in set and forget income? How is it monetized?

      That's my decision too. Monetized in the usual ways. Nothing fancy or unusual. Big g, cpa, etc. (and maybe rented out links here and there. Shhhhh.) Same applies to traffic -- the usual ways.

        I'd keep them, too. I mean they cost you nothing. Who knows maybe you can tweak them here and there if you have nothing else to do. Maybe then they earn you even more each month.

      I'm keeping them. That's the general consensus and my thinking as well.

      Do you feel Flippa has gone that cheap, like Digital Point?
