Some People's Kids...

If anyone can relate to this, I figured it would be some people in here...

This email came from a guy who tried to use my free graphic creator. Normal people may send an email saying "Hey Mark, can you check out your graphic creator site, I think there may be something wrong with it" which would have been fine.

But no...

I checked the site after this email, the creator is working perfectly...

Could have been, and I would have been more than happy to help him out. But this is a bit crazy...

Judging by his/her misspelling of the word website (wesite), I think his/her command of English is not all that good.

In his/her own way, I think he/she was saying "I think there may be something wrong with it".

I'm not sure what your problem is with this.

If I'd received an email like that, I'd try and find out what problems he/she was actually having, and try and work him/her through it.

I certainly wouldn't try and humiliate him/her in a public forum, even with his/her name blocked out.

Things like this have a habit of coming back to bite you in the ass somewhere down the track.

What happens if this guy/gal has a large social network? They show them how you treat your customers and the next thing you know your response is being plastered all over forums creating more negative publicity than you can handle.

Even worse, what happens if someone who is a user of this forum, who also is not that good at expressing themselves in a written format, even if their first language is English?

After seeing the derisive nature which you have treat this guy/gal, none of them are going to do business with you for fear of their service request or feedback being posted here and being ridiculed.

This is not a very good advertisement for your service.

Why do garden gnomes smell so bad?
So that blind people can hate them as well.

It has nothing to do with his command of English... if you deal with people in the IM/MMO niche you know exactly the type of person you're dealing with at the time when someone emails you...

I have more "thanks" than posts on this forum so I think a couple people know how helpful I can be... so I think I'll be just fine.

Funny how he spelled "intentionally" right....

Poor English is one thing - being accused of doing it intentionally is another.
