Do you have your child do chores? Do you use chore charts or some type of system? Maybe a reward system?

My children do chores. My 6 year old son is responsible for feeding our four dogs, and making sure they have water all the time. My 8 year old daughter cleans the toilet and vanity weekly. They both sort the laundry into piles when it comes off the line then we fold it and put it away.

We don't use charts, they're actually pretty good at helping out. They do get pocket money monthly, but I don't think that's a big incentive because it happens so infrequently.
