My best friend(A graphic Designer) made his first T-shirt.

He put it up on Design by humans because he can pump out designs faster than he can start selling his own shirts. He hast to get votes for it to be sold though. I love the design and hope to buy one if it gets printed.

    Anyway, graphics is done very well, nicely integrated and all, but... does your friend have legal rights to use the text he used on the shirt? Judging by the description, it seems it's a song from Green Day... can he freely use its text on a t-shirt he intends to sell?

    Same goes for images. The ones in background are not the problem here, but the silhouette of the main character might be problematic, he should make sure that it's free for commercial use... or modify more than 60% or 70% of it, can't remember the exact laws and figures.

    But do your research and be careful so you don't get into some legal troubles for a few bucks.

    Cafe Press will print and sell them for him for a cut of the action. Quite a few other places will, as well. No vote necessary.

    A lot of places will also buy the designs from him, like T-Shirt Hell, for instance.
