1. Separate your video script into 3 pieces 1 hour 30 minutes each.
2. Build yourself a time-machine.
3. Record the first part, then use the time machine to go back in time.
4. Do this with the other two pieces.

There's no other way.

Don't look for a "magic method" to do miracles for you!
