OH YEAH, I said it way back then. But everyone seemed to ignore the 2 other companies, one of which was transocean, and go straight for BP,

    should have cited the news.

      I remember that discussion Steve.
I remember saying that even though sub-contractors where at fault, the responsibility still feel on BP because they owned the rig and hired the subs.
Good to see the Coast Guards caught up to us ot'ers though

Supposedly, and I heard it earlier, BP DIDN'T own the rig. They leased it, from transocean.

"the bypassing of gas alarms and automatic shutdown systems..."

WTF... that's a biggie...if they can prove that in court...oh man.

You know if that was the 'little guy' in something...I would lose my license...sued...probably criminally prosecuted.

Ok - so now we play 'pass the buck' -

You can be sure when they 'pass the bucks' it will be to the lawyers and 'administrators' -

The little guys will still get the shaft either way.

They are all criminally liable - for lost lives (human and animal) and lost livlihoods.

Another example of the REAL reason they say 'Justice is Blind' - bet you thought it was because 'justice' is fair and impartial right?

    ...sorry, pass the buck.

    Love,
