Teenager can't open PayPal account... HELP

Hello. I'd like to open PayPal account, but I can't because I am not adult, but millions of teens are using paypal. how? how can i open it?

    Ok, for example I created on father's name account. And what about credit card? If the credit card is on my name for example, can I link it with account? Won't be there any problems like: "why contacts and the credit card's owner names aren't similar?"

      Caution - the point is to have an account that is opened with the PERMISSION of a parent or guardian. This is acceptable to paypal as the adult is resposible for the account but you will be allowed to use it.

      Paypal has student accounts - look up the info on paypal and follow those instructions.

    You can open a student account if you are an AMERICAN. Otherwise, you are not allowed to open one.

    It is ILLEGAL to open an account in the name of your Parent/Guardian. They would have to be the ones to do that. My recommendation is to open a business account with your parents, and use them as an Account Contact. As well, register a corporation of some sort.
