"Go Girl" - Road Dog (Jim) Reminded me of something funny.
This story wasnt fitting for the kim thread so I thought I post back atcha here. You reminded me of something funny:
Dont worry Jim I was once assigned to write a song for a Terri Clark album... it never made the cut but did get what they call a "hold"...
Anyway, i have had to sing that song in front of a few audiences... and its say "Go Girl" and "Talk to the Hand cuz the ears aint listinin..." and all that stuff LOL.
One time in a club I was playing that (songwriters bar) and I said "I hope yall have a strong stomach for this next one..." And some guy yelled out "What r you gonna do, take your shirt off"?
I said "No , its worse than that" and this whole audience was cracked up as I sang to them from the perspective of a frustrated housewife.
It was fun...
Ps Im positive that a couple people must have lost their stomach too.
