Mrs. Smith was a nice old lady who never flown before, so her children gave her an airline ticket for her birthday.

She nervously turned up at the small, regional airport, nervous at the thought of her first flight. She was also apprehensive at the name of her airline, Emu Airways, as she thought it somewhat odd that an airline should be named after a flightless bird.

Her trepidation increased when she learned the plane coming into land, appearing not much bigger than her family car, was to be her carrier.

Things worsened when the aircraft door opened and the pilot appeared, wearing dark glasses and accompanied by a seeing-eye dog.

Mrs. Smith was last seen exiting the airport, shouting "No! No! No!".

She may have been less anxious had she stayed around to learn that the kindly pilot of the aircraft was assisting a passenger by leading her seeing-eye dog off the plane, and since it was quite a sunny day, he put on his sunglasses before stepping outside.
