I believe that will be a microphone that picks up your guitar signal and tells you if the note you are playing is in tune or not. Do you have a link to the exact product or description of the microphone?

  almost any product that is for sale on the internet is a good product to build a site around
  
  Well, that might not be true, check how popular it is on amazon first by checking where it stands in the best seller in it's category (about half way down a product page) also use google insights to see the search volume and trends. Also use the google keyword tool and set it to exact.

  I don't agree "any niche" is good. When it comes to specialized niches such as musical instruments, a lack of knowledge is quickly noted by visitors.

If you're talking about a physical guitar tuner, the microphone is typically built into the tuner, although sometimes you can buy better ones to plug into it such as this:

If you're talking about a piece of software, it uses your computer's microphone.
