Paid WSO Gone?

I dropped by today to look at putting up a paid WSO but could not find the section, was that section removed or am I just missing it? I wanted to promote to other warriors our iPad question contest and I can't post in the member contests section because I don't have the post count yet.

    When you are on the homepage, it's the second forum listed. However, you will need to join the War Room before you can post a WSO.
