        I don't know how to copy an image from one website to here such as Bradley has done so unfortunately I have put a link which has the ad about 100 times.

        If you don't know who Shackleton was it is well worth getting a book about him. An Inspirational leader amongst men.

        Over 5000 men are believed to have responded to this ad although it is now uncertain which paper actually hosted it. It was possibly just written as a letter to The Times of London.

          I read "Endurance: Shackleton's Incredible Voyage" which was incredible.
