Question About Moderators

I believe that there is a possibility that someone who may be a moderator is abusing their power. Is there a way to tell if someone is a mod, and if you confirm that they are and want to report a potential violation of the forum's trust by a moderator, what should you do?

Whats up with all these "moderators" threads last weeks?

Russel, can you shed some light to what's happening without mentioning names?

People make good money selling to the rich. But the rich got rich selling to the masses.

The 'rule' in the forum is that 'everyone' is a moderator - in that you can report a post or thread that is against the rules, is offensive, is problematic (fight) etc. and give infractions.

However there are real moderators, super moderators and the Admins all with varying degrees of power (delete/edit threads or posts, remove signatures, delete people temporarily or permanently {ban}).

If you have any doubt the best place to go is to the Forum Helpdesk - this is the real Admins (other than the owner who is THE Admin)

Submit a ticket and state your case.
