The procedure for obtaining the license to be rude and obnoxious is very simple. All you have to do is add these to words at the end of your nasty remark, "...just sayin'."

  • Oh, yeah, this has been irking me for a number of years now, too. Just Sayin' is always used sarcastically (and might I add, passive-aggressively) as a little 'disclaimer' they will think will keep them out of trouble. It's like their saying, "I have no real vested interest in what I just said. The preceding thought was meant only to be informative and, in fact, I might not even believe what I just said."

    But we all know what you really meant.

    I think I'm gonna renew an old catch-phrase, instead. Mmmmm-kay?
