Well, Hotmail has p.ssed me off well and truly today.

They blocked my account because they think it might have been compromised.
Fair enough. So they ask me to request a verification code which they send to my hotmail account... The one I can't access. Am I missing something here?
I have also reset my password and got a code via SMS.

    Normally, they would send you the password to a secondary e-mail you would of set in your account. If that particular e-mail is bouncing for some reason, I would think it just would try anything to reach you...lol

    Hopefully you are not using Hotmail or any online e-mail service to do business online unless Hotmail is just your junk box

    Last week, this happened to me, and I had the password reset via SMS and just logged in 10 minutes later and to my surprise it worked! Go figure

    Something's been wrong with them lately, must of got hacked accounts...

    Did you set the code in? what hapenned?
