Whai is icloud ?

A cloud is kind of nebulous. It is almost like the ether.... The same is true of a network. Networks have often been represented by clouds, and the more popular networking system is called the ethernet! icloud is a name for a service apple is planning on offering and some reviews say it is a renaming of idisk which..... You probably guessed it! is virtual storage. Share that storage, and you basically have the concept that like 40 years ago was represented by a cloud!

Apparently idisk was a flop. iDisk - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia They have said icloud is probably just a rename, but I'm sure they will tweak it. It COULD b nice. Heck, take away control of sharing, have apple charge for sharing, load it up with music, and make it less transparent, and you have itunes. itunes seems to have done pretty well. Applications COULD include interactive gaming, group communication, storage, working, etc....
