Ah So Those Idiot Spammers Taught me something this week.

OFF TOPIC

I come back from a 4 day break, and I get messages in my inbox.

They were pure spam / scam and Their email headline were things like

Incease the size and length today
Here is something to jump up and down about
Fountain of youth exists, here it is.

When i saw these pop up, I thought straight away, great, more lovely spam!

But i guess those guys actually have half a brain.

But this guy, is a world class moron,

he sent,...

'You have just won the british lottery, and have won $1,345,352'

Wow, I should be so lucky! lol

I guess the moral of the story is that you should not delete those emails, see if there are any subject lines that create interest or that have potential first.

a lot of marketers don't realize just how much information you can glean from subject headers and the actual content of a lot of email. Granted, about 75% of the spam emails I get are absolute crap, no value at all. But that remaining 25% is very valuable.

I win the lottery every week - even the UK lottery which is really strange since I'm in Australia and don't enter the UK lottery :rolleyes:

  The funniest has to be from that TV show "Flight of the ConChords"
