More earthquakes in Christchurch
Today we were hit by a magnitude 5.7 quake at 1pm this afternoon, followed shortly after by a 6.3 quake at around 2:30pm. 
I have just managed to clear out enough space in my home office to get to the computer.
If any warriors out there are wondering if all this work we do is worth it, I'd like to share with them some incentive. I still have a job but lots of people have lost theirs. If I had carried on doing IM way back when, I probably wouldn't need a job now. I could be relying on passive income and income generated through online marketing.
You've all heard those old adages:
J.O.B. stands for Just Over Broke
There's no U (you) in company
Job security is a myth
Getting my IM business to the point of no longer needing a job is now a huge incentive. If you have that then you can at least provide an income and look after your family and loved ones. You could move city (or a nice, sleepy country town) and not have to start all over.
We put too much value in our jobs because they seem such a safe thing and all this work we put into IM can seem to have so little return. In reality, I believe it to be the other way around. The Internet Marketing will end up being the safe thing and the job the risky venture.
