What's the ideal PC speed for virtual assistants

Hi - I'm recruiting a virtual assistant for a lot of internet research. I was wondering if any of you had a thought on how fast their download and upload speeds need to be. I know that many will not have invested in broadband, etc but I'd like some efficiency.

Any feedback would be welcome. Thanks.

Hi Mark, you contacted me by PM, but I'm not able to reply since I'm a new member with fewer than 50 posts. If you'd like to discuss your articles order, please feel free to email me at --old contact removed--.

To answer your question about virtual assistant for internet research: I can personally say that I've invested in high speed internet, and my download speeds average 10 Mbp.

With that said, it matters more how fast the assistant is at conducting and processing the research rather than how fast their connection is. If the assistant is slow, the internet speed won't help. Have you found a research assistant yet? If not, I'd be interested in the position.

      Janelle,

Pretty smart of you to reply.

Get your count up by asking questions and replying to threads that you have some knowledge about. This will enable you to PM back and forth.

And... welcome to the Warrior Forum.

Joe, Janelle's posts here in the OT don't count.

Right. Probably I should have encouraged her to post in the other forums.

          Janelle, consider yourself encouraged.
