People buy a "ICE CREAM" related WSO and they ask for a refund cause they don't know whats an Ice Cream?

FFS... Get a life!

Annoying as hell. And most probably I'll find these email id in some "serial refunder" list, wanna bet?

You are perfectly right, Fernando.

Personally, i think there is only one reason why they do this; they buy your product, ask a quick refund and then share it on black hat forums.

Well i'm against quick refunds!

Specify clearly in your sales letter that you will not issue quick refunds, maybe can help! Maybe...

  Actually there is nothing we can do about it while selling digital items with PayPal, right? Even with a tight disclaimer and all, it's always a pain.

  Unfortunately not, i mean even disclaimers are not enough to fight illegal file sharing.
  
  But may advice you a system that seems powerful, it is called "pdf marker" by Michael Sylvester (he is a member here)
  
  This system stamps the purchasers personal information (ip, email and paypal details) on every page of your product and also it fully protects your download pages.
  
  When your product is watermarked, people will not going to share it for obvious reasons. If they share it, you also can exactly know who did it.
