Read this story and tell me is the headline misleading or am I missing something.

    I don't think the headline was that misleading.
    But I also don't think he was necessarily in a position where that was his only option.
    I think he figured that was the easiest way to get free healthcare and a free room with meals for a couple of years.
    Trying to play the system to get it the way many do requires a little more effort.
