Are you able to get out or are you iced/snowed in? Is it as bad as TV is making it out to be?
We're getting snow here (Wenatchee) and a lot of it, and some cold that is extreme for this time of year, but haven't seen the ice you got - or are still getting?? Seems everything is going from you, around us, and into Spokane. We've gotten another 2 inches this morning. The cop shops are making some extra bucks by giving people tickets if they haven't moved their cars in the last 24 hours. Roads are narrow from the snow plow piles. No collapsed roofs here though.

So tell us what's up out there in Seattle.

    This is last week:

Had about 3 or 4 separate snowstorms over 10 days -- almost a foot in my neighborhood. We got around pretty well with my wife's AWD SUV. It was fun coming down our hill and sliding sideways into the alley and then into the garage.

First white Christmas we've had here in at least a decade.

Snow's all gone now -- completely disappeared over the weekend with 40 degrees and rain.

    And how's Frasier nowadays?

    I miss him.

Gee Ken - that kid's getting big fast. She's adorable. Too bad she's got such a screwed up dad to give her severe repressions to take out on her future suitors.

Doesn't look nearly as bad as the news is making it out to be. Do you think they'd actually sensationalize the storm?

How did Frasier and Curt get jobs out there? Don't they both speak English?

I didn't realize it didn't snow a lot out there. Used to living inland, ya know. Also figured you are far enough North that you'd be pretty used to it. Now I wish I had a picture of the road I drove to work from Klickitat - what a riot. Uphill, no guardrails and river running beside it - of course there was a drop off to get to the river as the road got higher. That was a lot of fun in ice. LOL.

I love this state - it's just so challenging.
