Chrome for one. It's highly Google compatible since it's search is run from Google. Rockmelt is the other that is on the Google platform that allows news feeds on one side of the screen if you click the logo. Firefox used to be great for me until I realized that it was like waiting for water to boil every time I loaded it or a page. Too many tool bars and apps and horridly slow.

Nothing is compatible with Firefox 5! All my add-ons stopped working. I even have Add-On Compatibility turned off. But, I love Pinup Tabs.

        lol. You as well, huh?

It's now become a stand-off between me and Firefox - gotta see who gives in first.

As mentioned earlier you can use the FF add-on Compatibility Reporter to fix the Google toolbar issue.

You can find it here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...lity-reporter/

You may need to go back and forth through your add-ons I.E. G' Toolbar and Compatibility Reporter to make sure everything is activated. This same Add-on may also fix other compatibility problems you may have with other add-ons.

Here's a link to where I learned of the fix: http://googlesystem.blogspot.com/201...firefox-5.html

          Anyway, it worked for me.

Has anyone had any success with the Google Toolbar?

I tried this but I believe it just sends a report letting them know of the issue, it doesn't actually help to get the toolbar to work.

My toolbar stopped working and I hadn't upgraded, it just disappeared. I have deleted in and reinstalled it and still no good. So I updated Firefox to see if it would help but it still didn't. I have a big empty space across the top of my page where the Google toolbar should be.

              Hi Sheryl.

I gave up on the Google Toolbar working correctly, sometimes it did, sometimes it didn't. I replaced the only function that I used and that was the page rank. I'm now using SearchStatus for page rank and the additional great features of the add-on.

Thanks, I'll take a look at that. I have to admit the 2 things I use the toolbar for are page rank and the search box. I still have a google search box next to the navigation thingy but it's different than the one that was on the toolbar - not as good

Same here. I updated Firefox and Roboform quit working and apparently there isn't or wasn't an upgrade for Roboform to accommodate without buying it again. Fortunately, I was able to install the older version of Firefox. Now I shut the Firefox upgrade window. Can't you turn that thing off permanently?

And I hate Chrome. I don't have the patience to learn how the stupid thing works, where everything is (favorites, creating tabs, etc.), some of which don't even seem to be in Chrome.

You should try using LastPass (LastPass - Password Manager, Form Filler, Password Management). It's free and very good. Almost exactly like Roboform except for the position of things. I uninstalled Roboform (was using the free version) after it stopped working and started using this instead. You can easily import Roboform data into LastPass.

How long are you not gonna update your browser? And once you do, Roboform is dead. This service works with FF5 and you could use the logins on any browser with LastPass installed. Yes, even on other computers.

        Pretty slick, imo.

        Sumit.

You should inform Mozilla so that they can resolve the problem.
