Thomas, when you have a ton of hard work and content built up in here... I promiose your views will change. Its easy to point fingers at some "imagined slight" by some imagined fabulous 12...I dont think it was political, the reason the thread got shut down... I think it got heated and someone smartly just it down... When you express a passionate opinion that alientates others... and segregates... then you should expect passionate responses.

I find it interesting that your are talking about segration while defending a topic that started with a guru making a fatal mistake... and ended with racial and cultural segragation.

People can practice whatever beliefs they want in America... Whatever we fancy ourselves to be, we have the right to be as much as anyone else does, unless it requires a certification, and then it should be required for ALL not just some.

I see you agree that those with vested interest in a ritualistic concept should be the only ones who can practice that ritual...however you dont agree that those who are most invested in the WF should have more influence. Seems hypocritical. In any event, its not that way. It was getting heated, and becoming a religious argument.

Who can say who is qaulified to perform a ritual that NOBODY can see the actual physical proof even works... wether it does or not, you would be hard pressed to to find any factual evidence that backs certain things as a real medical practice though it could be... Hoewever, if theres no certification, then who determines who can be a practitioner?

Some things are so borderline that NOBODY should be able to do them... Now where my peyote?
