    That's pretty cool.

I put in all the necessary data and it's says my mother-in-law would burn up before she hit the lower atmophere if she ever fell out of the Space Shuttle.

Now I have something to live for...

I guess I was too conservative with my input - no change except a little wind. So what's the size of that asteroid that's supposed to pass us tomorrow?

I think someone said it is the size of a house or a bus.
So, if you live 60 miles away and it hits the ocean, you will witness a 2.7 mph (breeze) and Tsunami 10cm high.
Sorry doomers, I guess we're gonna have to keep prodding away.

Apparently (according to that site), if a humpback whale with the same density of rock hit the Earth at 90 degrees, he would produce a pressure wave at 50 miles of... 0.0131 PSI. The poor fella wouldn't even reach the ground; he'd break up entirely at 90,000 feet.

Lesson: Humpback whales made of rock don't make good anti-planet wepons.
