We usually go to a road side eatery after work in the night with one or two friend to have a drink of Qingdao beer.
of course we order the 蛤蜊（shell）.

Chinese food are really so yummy and so delicious, there are lots of different Chinese food that you must taste, even though you're not in China, some countries serves this kind of cuisine.. and it feels so great to taste this kind of cuisine.

Dog is not commonly eaten in China. My wife and other Chinese people I know are repulsed by the very idea of eating dog meat, cooked insects, and other exotic meats. The meat of dogs and other carnivores is strong tasting and not very nice. When I was in China, there would be the occasional joker who'd treat me to dog meat just to watch my reaction (eg a borderline gangster I sometimes interpreted for who dealt antiques), knowing very well that us big-noses aren't into eating dog. It's not commonly eaten in China. Dogs as pets is how dogs are favored nowadays in China -- big time.

I've eaten locust before. Spicy Guizhou style in the city of Guiyang. Its texture is similar to shrimp, but it tastes better, without that unpleasant fishiness that shrimp sometimes has.

  Ya food in china was very tasty. Last i went to China for participating in Asian games.The host was very nice,they received us in polite and friendly manner. I liked all the dishes in china,especially Chinese noodles.
