    Sounds interesting. I used to be into Call Center work. Can either be a pain or really fun depending on the culture.

      I have one experience with a call center which wasn't very good because it was all outbound 100% scripted. Amazon, I believe, is all inbound calls helping people with any order issues etc. There is no upselling or anything

      I would read this book but since it is an account of someone who worked at Amazon in 1998, I don't think it would be too relevant today in 2011. Things change in 13 years
