      She mentions using "something that the children can stand the taste of" and the articles immediately assumes she's using "bleach" (gasp).

      There are dozens of tooth whiteners on the market that claim to "bleach" teeth - doesn't mean you are ingesting chlorine bleach.

      The facial expressions of the kids is not abnormal - what I've noticed from a few minutes of that TV show are some very spoiled brats.

      This is right up there "who gives a crap" for me.

        Kay, might I suggest you actually read the article in its entirety.

        That woman was was forcing those children against their will regardless of whether they were competing in a pageant or not, despite cries of pain. Even her husband was shocked when he found out what she was doing, that's right, she was keeping it secret.

        If you read the article comments, seems an overwhelming majority see this woman as a child abuser.

        You should also read what the children said when they were interviewed about the support they receive from their mother.

    You may well be right. In fact a preferred bleach is often PEROXIDE. IT doesn't taste great, but is better than chlorine. As I said though, they have KITS that should make it simpler and better on the kid.
