Anyone have any recipes for juicing they'd like to share?

My favorite is:

1/4 cantaloupe
2-3 carrots
2-3 celery stalks
handful of fresh strawberries

3 kiwi-fruits and 2 cups of blueberries: kiwi is a brilliant source of highly bio-available vitamin-C which helps (among other things) to keep your immune system strong and your skin firm (by proto-collagen metabolism).

My favorites are fermented grain, fruit, or vegetables (distilled, preferably). For convenience, these are readily available in any liquor store or upscale bar.

The other day I had some seedless red grapes that I bought on sale and could not eat them fast enough - so I hauled out the juicer and made just plain grape juice - it was just fabulous.

Usually I use my juicer for carrot which is even better with green or red apple.

(I also used to do a lot of carrot juice with cucumber)

However I read recently that carrots are high glycemic and surprisingly as good as they are for you they do spike your index pretty high.

I am into smoothies too - frozen fresh blueberries and/or strawberries, frozen bannana slices - however I had to give up vanilla or chocolate almond breeze as I am on a quest to wipe out sugar (it comes sugar free but I wouldn't like it) So I am going to try the smoothie with just plain ice water - it should be ok and will be like a sorbet...

Well call me a food combining freak but I am not a fan of mixing fruit and vegetables, or mixing acid fruit with sweet fruit, but leafy greens digest differently than other vegetables and mix well with fruit or just about anything. So my favourite- apples and pears with parsley- yumo.

I rather enjoy squeezing 4 oranges, 1 lemon, a chunk of ginger, spoon full of set honey and lots of berries (frozen in winter, fresh in summmer).

If you don't like sour you probably won't like this but extra honey fixes that.

For a hangover, I have 3 lemons and the ginger and honey.

Before the hangover I drink beer or wine, which I also rather like.
