  I was using Fiverr for awhile, but I learned that most people on there are not looking to pay much more than that. (i.e cheap) Plus, how can you compete when people are always willing to do more than you can for $5. There are people on there offering 600-800 word articles for $5!!! Even if you can produce a high quality article in 30 minutes (meaning NO research involved) - That is less than minimum wage after Fiverr fees and PayPal fees..

  Me too... it's only with Fiverr that I've actually started making some real money with online, and some long term and repeat clients as well. I owe my thanks to that $5, but more would definitely be nice

Where is self respect coming in to picture? Is walmart not selling anything with a profit of $5 or less? Their revenue is greater than the GDP of numerous countries, they could achieve this because they valued the lower end products as well. We got to respect money no matter how small the amount is.

I think point was proven - Walmart is notorious for being cheap (as in tight wads)!! They make money by using cheap labor and those who supply Walmart for $5 DO need more self-respect.

Just the other night my wife and I went out for a walk, much to our surprise we discovered 6 $1 bills blowing down the sidewalk, I stopped, bent down and picked 'em up. Looking around and seeing know one who obviously dropped their cash I put 'em in my pocket.

I'd do the same for $5.

Surely the giver also has some need at which he/she is decide to give 5$. In 5$ allot of little jobs and project can be done, like article write, little search project, commenting, facebook/google likes. There were allot of options available to spend 5$ and if you go for microworker.com site then you can get many little hiring.
