It really annoys me how banks loot me for every transaction. Disgusting pigs.

Yeah, don't you love it! What other company charges you money EVEN to give them money! MAN, I would love to be between the fed and them. They borrow money for as little as NOTHING, and loan it out for as much as OVER 23%!

I worked for one of the largest ones in the United States for over 8 years.

I could tell you stories that would make you want to burn every bank you saw.

There's a reason I went into IM fulltime...

I'll wager that you had to sign something to keep it zipped...or else, like my friend who worked for the Secret Service?

If I had the funds I would start my own CC company.
It would have a flat interest rate of 10%.
I would make money and anyone that had a card would be paying a fair interest rate. AT least I think 105 is fair, much better than the 20% and 30% that the gov lets them charge us for.

I used to sell POS and debit machines to small businesses. They're looted left right and center by banks and everyone else.
-- Monthly rent fee for device. If they try to go with a service that leases (for a rip-off price) or sells the devices outright, huge punitive fee for doing so.
-- high price for debit or POS machine printing paper. Check it out:
Debit Machine - Printer Paper - Compare Prices, Reviews and Buy at Nextag - Price - Review
-- 7 cents (if they're lucky) or more for every debit card transaction
-- 2% (if they're lucky) or more for every credit card transaction
    -- electronic transfer fees
    -- monthly service charge
    -- maintenance fees

The list goes on and on.
