What should a vegan eat?

1. Tofu.
Pro: Good source of protein
Con: Lots of people have soya allergies. Difficulties in digestion of soya are also common
2. Lentils
Pro: Very nourishing
Con: Can cause a lot of flatulence
3. Algae
Pro: Super healthy, good source of protein
Con: Tastes nasty, may produce gas

There is no definitive right or wrong answer for what constitutes the best vegan diet. Each vegan selects what he chews.
