With everyone around him going to jail left and right, will Rupert Murdoch have the distinction of being the first billionaire to actually go to jail.

Or will the rest of his cronies fall on the sword, take the bullet or drink the Kool-Aid (sorry I can't think of anymore cliches') for him?

I know many millionaires have gone to jail but I'm not aware of any billionaires that have done prison time. Could you name a few?

  Sometimes it is not justice so much as one side -- not necessarily "good" -- prevailing in a power struggle. In the case of Rupert Murdoch and apparent issues of international security around the world and an overlap into the parallel reality of CIA/MI5/Mossad/Interpol, justice is nebulous and murky. There will be fall guys. Rupert Murdoch will not be one of them.
