Most people I know seem to favour Firefox, but a lot I read on the internet people seem to prefer Opera, apparently it is more efficient and faster.

Personally I think chrome has potential but more work to be done, and safari is probably only decent for Mac users.

Which is your browser of choice?

Usually I use Firefox, it is easy, but I do like Chrome as it has the translator. Opera wants to take over my computer so that is a far third

Google Chrome all the way. It is damn fast. I mean damn fast. Also when I have an error (for whatever reason) in one tab it doesn't affect my other tabs. This is amazing.

I tried Firefox, but never found it faster than Internet Explorer.

Let's put it this way, if someone showed up and told me I could no longer use Chrome and forced me to use IE, well, I would stop using the internet. Not joking there either.

Funny I came across this post as I had just commented on facebook how dissapointed I am with Firefox lately. I dumped IE a while back and have been loving FF up until their last update. Consistent browser lockups have pushed me to use Chrome which I love for the speed and stability.

OK....after much procrastination I finally got rid of my bloated antivirus crap AND IE. Running Chrome w/Avast and.....HOLY COW....it's now faster than the day I took it out of the box 3 years ago!

Chrome has a faster cold start, but I must say that Firefox functions more swiftly with page loading (side-by-side self-test), so that's what I'm using now. Oh and I can't live without Firefox' Adblock Plus anymore.

Chrome seems to be the fastest browser there is. Firefox on the other hand has tons of customization features. Sometimes though I prefer Chrome.

Firefox all the way for me. I don't trust chrome because I try to avoid giving Google too much access to my data.

I used to use FireFox but them Gmail stopped working with it for a day or two so I switched to Chrome. I use FireFox 5 every once in a while and really like it, so I may go back to it.
