Why isnt the Warrior Forum Mobile Friendly?

THis message is to the admin of the forum

I normally read the forum while travellling on my cellphone..But since its not mobile browser frndly its tough to view it and my phone doesnt support word wrapping so its tough...

Isnt it possible to enable it for mobile view as lots of info to be read here

I also was viewing it the other night from my phone and it was very hard to read. I am surprised they dont have a solid mobile application and I was also surprised at the very weak facebook presence but it seems their focus really is on the main forum and wso/creation area but then again im new around here so only offering my .2 cents.

You know, there really is no such thing as "mobile friendly". That is really a cheap sales term to say it works on some mobile browsers and takes some things into consideration. They have different standards, and different aspect ratios, etc... so I can understand why they don't really push it. So how many forums do YOU know of that are "mobile friendly"?

Sure the WF is mobile friendly! Lots of Warriors read the forum from their trailers (including Allen), and from their laptops too!

@Steve: I actually DO know of a forum that is mobile friendly. Well, it's actually a forum hosting service, but they created a mobile app for people who are on their cell phones. Check it out: ProBoards - Free Forums & Free Message Boards

Hmm. I don't have that much problems browsing the WF on my HTC Desire HD
I guess it's my display that makes it easy to read (A)!

  Yeah, if you have a big high res display, and good vision, with an HTTP browser, NO PROBLEM!
  
  Like I said about aspect ratios.
  
  That's ANOTHER thing! Some phones today, like my samsung epic, can show things in landscape as well as portrait, and this site would look better in landscape. again though, the larger the print, the more problems you'll have.

  I think it's for your own good. The WF is addictive and you could be traveling along and forget where you are going - or driving and have an accident - or be walking and trip over the curb.
  
  A mobile friendly WF is simply not safe
