That looks like a pretty costly router jig setup...he should have just sent them the video...

I had a guy do a chargeback when he said he did not buy an expensive motorcycle jacket on ebay one time... after I showed paypal he SIGNED for the delivery and left A+ POSITIVE feedback! I thought there was no way they could take his side - And they still screwed me!

That's a funny response, but it doesn't prove the thing worked when his customer had it. It probably did, but if it was defective the guy still could have fixed it before making the video.
