Am I allowed to do this?

I just read an interesting article in a reputable online magazine and was wondering if it's allowed to simply paste that link or such threads are against the rules?

I can't think of any problem with that, as long as it's relevant to marketing somehow.

As long as the article link is in line with forum topic rules (no religious, political topics), I'm sure it would be a welcome contribution.

Well this is the article I thought it's really inspirational and insightful and wanted to post it to the main forum - do you think it belongs there?

      Thanks for this article.
I think it was very appropriate. And I found it very interesting also.
Now if we could only come up with sites like the ones mentioned in the article we would be pretty good shape.I would be willing to go a couple of years with no income from them for a shot at what the creators of these sites rake in.
The real secrete I think is brainstorming and coming up with a concept for a site that will differentiate from your competitors yet still be competitive.
Unfortunately that's easier said than done.

In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.

Actually coming up with the idea is the easy part... there are ideas all over the place, just sitting and waiting for someone to actually come and dust them off and realize them. In the age of information ideas are everywhere!

Dirky47 has a great point. Most authors love to have people talk about their work... as long as they get credit for it.
