    My health tips are:
    Walk for atleast 15 minutes a day, it's proven to relax your brain and help to release some toxins in your body.
    Exercise according to your body need, not exaggeration exercise, don't be a vain.
    Eat properly, do not eat to much fatty an carbo reach food.
    No to vices! Smoking, drinking mostly don't take illegal drugs.

    Try to get some regular exercise, ie do not just sit on the couch all day.
    take at least a multivitamin
    get plenty of sleep
    avoid unhealthy habits like smoking
