Newbie with bad experience!

Hi guys, just joined. I'm based in Scotland, Uk and I run 3 websites, 2 which are car forum based. I'm not too clued on html etc, but have got by and can modify php forums quite well lol
I have been using blue voda for building my websites, and really liked this program. But, due to having reliability issues with the server host that provides it, I was looking to get another similar program to replace it (because the bv files re only compliant with that hosts servers?)

So, I bet by now youve guessed where the "bad experience" comes in! Yup, I have went and purchased (maybe thats too strong a word!) 90secondwebsitebuilder. And after trying to get the activation code from balckwire/greg huges/teknonmedia or whatever they decide to call themselves, I've realised Ive been scammed. Sods! It was only after searching the net for help on getting an activation code that I found this forum. Damn i wish id found you guys earlier!!!

Ive read through the topic on 90secweb, and my heart sank! I've raised a dispute through paypal, as 90sec are not responding to any contact whatsoever. Ive now raised a dispute through paypal.

Why, after all this time (going by the dates on the original topic post) are they still allowed to have that website running, and be able to continue ripping people off? Surely there must be a web commision or something that people can complain to to get them taken off line?

Im deff going to get wysiwyg webste builder now, plenty support for that! Any ideas on how I can obtain a code for my 90sec one though?
