My post count is stuck on 41 for ages??

Have been stuck on 41 posts for over a month now, while the posts of mine should have been at least 60 to 65. Very strange indeed and I was wondering what to do about it, and who to contact in regards.

I don't think posts in the Off Topic forum counts toward your post count. Maybe that's it.

Well, I just took a quick look at your stats and here is what your problem most likely is. You are posting basically only in here (the Off Topic Section) and the WSO Section. In fact, there are only 3 posts made this year in any other section.

Posts in the Off Topic section of the forum have never counted towards your post count. Also, the forum admins very recently made the change that posts in the WSO section will no longer be added to your count.

So basically, the only reason your post count is not going up is because you are not posting anywhere it counts. The only way to test this is to post in another section of the forum (such as the Main forum) - just make sure it's a legitimate post.

for letting me know that the posts don't count in the WSO section.
Many of us are stuck with the posts numbers due to commenting mostly there.
And I am posting here in the OFF Topic section for the very 1st time as I couldn't find anywhere else to ask the question about the post count.

Thats a pretty smart change by admins.
